YOUR TASKS
- Participation in the standardization of management services
- Management of external service providers with a focus on Frankfurt
- Coordinating the technical controlling of external service providers
- Tendering and awarding facility management services
- Establishing and developing process guidelines and a CAFM system
- Contact person for the technical team and project partners
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- Completed studies in facility management, industrial engineering, or similar
- Sound knowledge of technical building systems
- Experience in dealing with service and maintenance processes, CAFM systems and process design
- High level of analytical skills and solution-oriented way of working
- Communicative and team-oriented personality
- Willingness to travel within Germany
