WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

• You will identify suitable sites and properties for further expansion in the greater Dortmund area.
• You will analyze location potential, review planning regulations, and contribute to feasibility assessments.
• Supporting lease and purchase negotiations, as well as preparing due diligence reviews, are part of your responsibilities.
• Working closely with internal departments, you will contribute to the successful implementation of projects.
• You will maintain contacts with local governments, authorities, and real estate agents and stay in touch with the market.

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT

• You have completed vocational training or a degree in business, real estate, economic geography, law, or a related field.
• You have experience in the real estate industry—ideally with knowledge of building law.
• You bring enthusiasm for retail and location development to the table.
• You are familiar with the greater Dortmund area—existing contacts are a plus.
