Field of activity
Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund relies on its "Real Estate" department: This is where we plan, construct and operate all buildings - from rehabilitation centers for our insured persons to modern office buildings for our 26,000 employees.
Around 600 experts in departmental coordination, real estate management, portfolio management, construction and building management as well as environmental and energy management look after our diverse portfolio over its entire life cycle. In the coming years, we will gradually convert our locations to an ecological and economically viable energy supply - CO2-conscious and future-proof.
In short, we are creating modern rehabilitation centers, working environments and spaces in which the DRV Bund can carry out its core business.
Your tasks
As part of a team, you will develop long-term strategies to optimize the company-wide space resources in line with demand and customer requirements. In particular, you will be involved in the following tasks:
- Analysis, quality assurance and optimization of the area data of the DRV Bund
- Maintaining the internal IT systems
- Creating forecasts on the development of demand and requirements for space planning
- Developing and optimizing space concepts in compliance with guidelines and in cooperation with the departments using the space
- Collaborating on internal projects and fundamental issues relating to space management
As properties are also managed nationwide, the job involves infrequent, short and easily plannable business trips.
Your profile
- A completed university education (academic degree: Bachelor or Diploma (FH)) in a real estate-related course of study, in particular Real Estate Management, Facility Management, Real Estate Management or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in space management, ideally of larger office properties
- Strong communication and advisory skills in customer contact combined with a strong network mentality
- A high affinity for IT, ideally knowledge of CAFM and CAD
- Experience in the application of RBBau is an advantage
You are completely in your element when dealing with figures, data and IT systems. In combination with your confident and convincing manner, space optimization is easy for you.
