What to Expect

• Support in carrying out national and international valuation projects for healthcare real estate and portfolios
• Thorough onboarding with increasing responsibility for specific tasks within projects
• Development of financial models for healthcare real estate
• Conducting comprehensive market and competitive analyses
• Participation in due diligence processes
• Preparation of valuation reports and market analyses in German and English
• Close collaboration with experienced colleagues and active participation in quality assurance
• Supporting client relationship management and business development activities
• Cross-office project collaboration within Germany and with valuation teams in EMEA

What you should bring to the table

• A completed degree, ideally with a focus on real estate management, business administration, economics, civil engineering, or a related field
• Initial practical experience through internships or part-time student jobs in real estate valuation or the real estate sector is a plus, but not a requirement
• Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers and working with Excel
• Fluency in spoken and written German and English
• High motivation to familiarize yourself with the specialized healthcare real estate segment
• Prior knowledge of valuation methods (e.g., income approach) or the healthcare sector is not required—we’ll teach you everything
