We are looking to fill the following permanent vacancy in the Portfolio Management department at our headquarters in Berlin-Neukölln as soon as possible

Consultant (f/m/d) Real Estate Management & Projects

Your tasks:

In direct cooperation with the divisional management, you will take on a central role with high visibility:

• Development of analyses, concepts and decision-making bases for strategic issues
• Preparing and attending meetings and representing the division management in selected meetings
• Management and control of projects with responsibility for results and implementation
• Analyzing and developing processes and controlling relevant key figures
• Providing impetus for the optimization of reporting and controlling instruments
• Collaboration on overarching topics such as funding management and taking on special tasks

Your profile:

• Completed studies (e.g. business administration, real estate management) or comparable qualification; alternatively: training in the real estate industry with additional qualifications and relevant professional experience
• Experience in project management as well as in the analysis and optimization of processes
• Confident handling of key figures, reporting and MS Office Suite, ideally also with SAP
• Confident appearance, strong communication skills and team orientation
• Structured, independent way of working and a high sense of responsibility
