The Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben (BImA) is the federal government's real estate service provider, which supports the real estate policy objectives of the federal government and provides the necessary land and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Our Facility Management division builds, operates and manages a complex portfolio with exciting and diverse properties - from the ministries in Berlin and Bonn, federal courts and research facilities to the buildings of customs, the Federal Police, the Federal Armed Forces and the Federal Agency for Technical Relief (THW). What are your main tasks?
Planning, commissioning, monitoring and supervising the implementation of building maintenance measures and investment measures in all HOAI service phases, including
- Planning and determining the necessary condition-related construction tasks
- Receipt and processing of damage and defect reports
- Representing the interests of the owners/builders
- Commissioning and monitoring construction measures in collaboration with the building administration, monitoring construction progress and controlling building maintenance
- Planning, monitoring and implementation of construction measures at the request of the user (tenant investment), advising the user
- Carrying out economic feasibility studies, determining the necessary financial resources and budget management in coordination with property management
- Participation in property and real estate inspections and meetings
- Acceptance of completed measures and handover to the user
- Carrying out building inventories, assessments and measures using the AIBATROS specialist procedure
- Recording and processing invoices, recording all relevant data and allocating funds in SAP R/3
What do we expect?
Qualifications:
- Completed (technical) university education (Diplom[FH]/Bachelor) in the field of architecture, civil engineering or in a comparable course of study or comparable qualification (e.g. state-certified technician [f/m/d] with at least 3 years of practical professional experience at engineering level)
Professional skills:
- Comprehensive specialist knowledge and practical experience in the construction sector as well as business knowledge
- Knowledge of construction, planning and public procurement law or the willingness to acquire this in the short term
- Knowledge of SAP and the SAP-supported specialist procedure BALIMA or the willingness to acquire missing knowledge at short notice
