Location: Throughout Germany | Start: September/March

Here’s what you can expect:

• Assistance with the day-to-day management of shopping centers
• Support for promotions, events, and marketing initiatives
• Preparation of reports, budget planning, and annual budgets
• Monitoring lease obligations and communicating with tenants
• Liaising with property owners and service providers
• Insights into technical property management and security concepts
• Gradual assumption of responsibility for your own property

What you bring to the table:

• Degree in real estate management, business administration, or a related field
• Interest in retail real estate, strong initiative, and a structured approach to work
• Basic technical understanding, organizational skills, and a customer-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel throughout Germany and an interest in digital innovation in center management
