Business Analyst (m/f/d) in Regulatory Reporting

Responsibilities
- You bring in-depth knowledge of regulatory reporting and experience in stakeholder management, and serve as the liaison between business units, IT service providers, and regulatory requirements
- You will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of IDV applications and other tools, and represent regulatory reporting in technical and business-related matters
- You possess analytical thinking and an understanding of processes to develop and implement optimizations of business and technical workflows
- As an internal and external point of contact, you will support projects related to regulatory and information technology, including taking on (partial) project management responsibilities
- You have experience in creating and maintaining work instructions, concepts, and documentation, thereby contributing to quality assurance and process transparency
Qualifications
- You hold a degree in (Business) Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or Engineering, or have completed a comparable IT-focused program
- You have practical experience in banking supervisory law and IT-related regulatory reporting, as well as a fundamental understanding of the relevant supervisory regulations (including CRR III, SolvV, KWG) and the accounting standards HGB and IFRS
- You have in-depth IT experience, particularly with BAIS, IDH, S-IBUS, MS Office, SQL, and VBA, and have ideally already participated in projects
- You have a good command of technical English as well asknowledge of the savings bank organization and its association structures
- You possess a networked, entrepreneurial mindset and approach, which you confidently apply when addressing professional and technical issues
