Your tasks
- Commercial asset management of a residential real estate portfolio
- Optimization of portfolio performance and identification of value enhancement potentials
- Managing and coordinating external service providers
- Preparation and monitoring of budgets, business plans and reports
- Interface function between operational management and capital management companies (KVG)
- Management and coordination of external service providers
Your profile
- Degree in real estate management, economics or similar
- Sound experience in asset management or real estate management
- Confident handling of budgets, business plans and reporting
- Basic knowledge of tenancy and real estate law desirable
- Strong understanding of business management contexts
- Strong communication skills, initiative and a structured way of working
