Your role at GPEP:

• Independent management of a Germany-wide retail real estate portfolio in compliance with the target yield
• Proactive development and implementation of investment decisions including independent contract negotiation, preparation and conclusion of rental agreements
• Preparation of profitability calculations and regular reporting for our stakeholders
• Supporting the implementation of expansion and modernization measures in the existing portfolio
• Planning, controlling and responsibility for property budgets
• Management of internal and external service providers
• Coordination of the ongoing property valuation process

What we want from you:

• A degree in business administration, preferably specializing in real estate, or comparable training forms the basis of your profile.
• You have already gained relevant professional experience in a comparable position and built up your skills.
• You feel at home in the context of commercial lease contract law and the special features of retail real estate.
• Ideally, you are already well connected with retail tenants.
• Your way of working is characterized by your confident manner, good communication skills and your enthusiasm to always have our clients in focus.
• You will enrich our team with your proactive attitude and hands-on mentality.
• You will be willing to travel occasionally within Germany.
