ASSET MANAGEMENT ANALYST (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

Here, you make a difference

  • As a member of our Asset Management team, you’ll play an active role in all areas of asset management through a structured and results-oriented approach.
  • Analysis of the technical condition of properties and assessment of maintenance and modernization needs
  • Supporting and overseeing technical due diligence for new acquisitions and existing properties
  • Assessing and managing technical risks within the real estate portfolios
  • Supporting the planning and control of technical budgets and investments
  • Coordinating and communicating with technical service providers and appraisers
  • Collection and analysis of technical data, as well as preparation of reports for asset management and investors

Qualifications

Here’s how you can impress us

  • You have successfully completed your degree, have solid knowledge of MS Office, and work in a structured, analytical, and conceptual manner.
  • Degree in economics, real estate management, geography, civil engineering, or a comparable field
  • Initial practical experience in investment or asset management (office, logistics, retail)
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and a willingness to take on responsibility in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
  • A team player with persuasive skills and a hands-on mentality, strong communication and presentation skills, and a professional demeanor
  • Willingness to travel for nationwide appointments
  • Highly proficient in MS Office
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
