For the Property Management team in our Industry, Commerce and Conversion (IGK) department, we are looking for a full-time, permanent position with immediate effect, by 01.07.2026 at the latest:n
Property management clerk.
In this versatile position, you will be responsible for managing our commercially rented properties - from preparing the rental exposé to concluding the rental agreement and providing support as a contact person throughout the entire rental period to taking back the rental property.
Your tasks:
- Coordination and monitoring of building and rental management by external service providers including the preparation of public tenders for supply and service contracts together with project management
- Creation and maintenance of master data for rental properties and rental contracts
- Creating orders in SAP as well as invoice verification and account assignment
- Monitoring rental payments, managing the dunning process and coordinating dunning procedures
- independent preparation of operating and ancillary cost statements
- Preparation of rental offers and exposés
- Preparation of rental agreements in consultation with the project management and independent implementation of contract management
- Familiarizing tenants with the rental properties and preparing handover and takeover reports
- Documentation and system-supported monitoring of all necessary inspections, maintenance and repairs to technical building equipment (maintenance calendar)
Your profile
- successfully completed commercial training, ideally in the real estate sector (e.g. real estate agent) or a comparable qualification
- several years of professional experience in property, real estate or land management is an advantage
- sound knowledge of contract and tenancy law as well as very good business management skills
- a sound understanding of commercial processes, particularly in the areas of auditing, account assignment and contract management
- Basic knowledge of the relevant inspection and maintenance deadlines
- confident handling of MS Office programs, experience with administrative or ERP systems, ideally in the SAP modules RE/FX and PM
- good written and spoken German
