Gemeinnützige Wohnungsbaugenossenschaft Troisdorf eG is a housing association founded in 1918. It is the largest housing cooperative in the Rhein-Sieg district with a total housing stock of 2,883 residential units. The main tasks consist of the management, maintenance, modernization and development of the housing stock for our members.

To strengthen our team, we are looking to recruit an

Accountant (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

• Booking the banks
• Accounting processing of building insurance claims
• Membership accounting
• General accounting activities

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training, possibly with further training in accounting
• Professional experience in accounting
• Sound application knowledge of accounting software for medium-sized companies
• Application security in Excel
• Accuracy and diligence
• Soft skills:
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Sense of responsibility and commitment
