Technical Property Manager (m/f/d)
The company
Our client is a well-established, owner-managed, innovative and leading service company that operates an extensive portfolio of commercial real estate. To strengthen the team, we are looking for you as a Technical Property Manager (m/f/d) in Düsseldorf.
The tasks
- Holistic technical support and development of larger institutional real estate portfolios consisting mainly of office properties
- Project management for development, conversion, maintenance and modernization measures
- Management of external service providers, particularly in technical and infrastructural facility management
- Preparation of property-specific budget planning and forecasts (maintenance, repair and modernization measures)
- Carrying out property inspections and preparing documentation
- Cost and quality controlling, warranty tracking
- Creation of key figures (benchmarking) and regular reporting
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed studies as an engineer, technician, specializing in construction, architecture, building/operating technology or facility management
- Professional experience in the technical management of commercial properties
- Initiative, commitment and a strong understanding of service
- Confident manner, ability to work under pressure and team player
- Good IT skills, ideally SAP or IX-Haus
- Knowledge of English is desirable
