We are looking for a qualified appraiser (f/m/d) for real estate valuations to join our production department as soon as possible.

Your future tasks:

• Obtaining data and information for the valuation of real estate
• independent preparation of market and mortgage lending value appraisals for properties outside the small loan limit
• Carrying out property inspections and preparing the corresponding documentation and building status reports
• Reviewing and checking the plausibility of external valuations
• occasional and regular review of the plausibility of the basis of existing valuations
• ongoing review of existing valuation processes and quality standards and initiation of process/quality improvements;
• Observation and monitoring of market developments and the technical requirements for valuation procedures.

Your profile / qualifications:

• You have completed vocational training in the banking, construction or real estate industry or have a degree in a relevant field.
• You have several years of professional experience in the credit business, in particular in the field of real estate valuation and have already worked as an appraiser.
• You have additional specialist training as an internal valuer, ideally you have HypZert certification (qualification “HypZert S” or have a comparable qualification.
• You are characterized by independent, autonomous and precise work with a high sense of responsibility.
• You enjoy working in a team, are highly committed and able to work under pressure.
• You are characterized by a confident manner, communication and persuasive skills as well as social competence.
• You have a high level of comprehension and a willingness to learn and develop.
• You are in possession of a class B driving license.
