Tasks:

Independent and autonomous management of commercial properties in terms of:

• You will conduct contract negotiations from active tenant acquisition to contract conclusion
• You are responsible for the management of rental agreements, including the monitoring of rights and obligations under rental agreements and their adjustment
• You hand over the rental properties to the new tenants
• You look after the tenants, including tenant and property-specific communication
• You independently manage the changes relevant to rental agreements with SAP Blue Eagle
• You develop creative marketing concepts

Prerequisites:

• Training as a real estate agent (m/f/d)
• Several years of professional experience in the letting and management of commercial real estate desirable
• Very good PC skills and confident handling of MS Office, SAP knowledge (Blue Eagle)
• Independent, goal-oriented action, ability to work in a team
• Strong communication skills and commitment
• Car driver's license desirable

As part of a small team, we manage the Group's own commercial properties throughout Frankfurt and the surrounding area. Retail, medical practices, offices and social facilities such as daycare centers are among our contractual partners.
