Commercial Property Manager (m/f/d) – Commercial Property Management
You’ll enjoy handling:
- tenant support and property management
- marketing commercial rental spaces
- conducting inspections and handover procedures for commercial spaces
- correspondence with tenants, government agencies, and service providers
- processing tenants’ renovation requests and providing commercial support for their implementation
- Collaborating and coordinating with the various teams within the commercial property management department, as well as with the technical property management and construction departments
You have:
- a completed apprenticeship as a real estate agent (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Experience in managing commercial properties
- In-depth knowledge of tenancy law with a focus on commercial real estate
- strong interpersonal skills, high motivation, a commitment to the job, and a service-oriented approach to work
