Commercial Property Manager (m/f/d) – Commercial Property Management

You’ll enjoy handling:

  • tenant support and property management
  • marketing commercial rental spaces
  • conducting inspections and handover procedures for commercial spaces
  • correspondence with tenants, government agencies, and service providers
  • processing tenants’ renovation requests and providing commercial support for their implementation
  • Collaborating and coordinating with the various teams within the commercial property management department, as well as with the technical property management and construction departments

You have:

  • a completed apprenticeship as a real estate agent (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in managing commercial properties
  • In-depth knowledge of tenancy law with a focus on commercial real estate
  • strong interpersonal skills, high motivation, a commitment to the job, and a service-oriented approach to work
