Real Estate Project Development Intern (m/f/d)

What’s your role?

• Conducting feasibility analyses (market/location analyses) and profitability calculations (construction costs, rents)
• Helping to manage development processes during planning and construction
• Preparing contract documents (lease agreements, design contracts, construction contracts) and engagement agreements for project stakeholders
• Assisting with leasing and tenant communication
• Assisting with the preparation of reports and investment presentations for investors and partners

What do you bring to the table?

• A degree in architecture, civil engineering, business administration, economics, or industrial engineering, or a degree related to the real estate industry
• Initial professional experience or internships in the national or international capital or real estate markets
• A passion for real estate
• Commitment, flexibility, and strong communication skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent command of German and English (spoken and written)
