LEASING MANAGER (M/F/D) / LEASING OFFICER (M/F/D)
in Duisburg.
OVERVIEW OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Profit-oriented leasing of retail space in our shopping centers
- Identifying and attracting national and international tenants through proactive outreach
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies while assessing marketability, as well as independently executing all measures, including budget preparation and accountability
- Preparing customized offers and independently negotiating contracts through to the successful conclusion of the lease agreement (new leases and existing leases)
- Establishing and expanding a robust network with relevant retailers and market participants
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- A degree or vocational training in real estate or with a focus on real estate
- Professional experience and a proven track record in developing leasing strategies and actively leasing retail properties
- Confident negotiation skills, backed by a results-oriented personality with a confident, professional, personable, and engaging demeanor, as well as a passion for the retail real estate industry
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, as well as fluent written and spoken German
