Your Responsibilities

• Assisting with maintenance and inspection contracts for conveyor systems
• Reviewing orders and invoices
• Independently monitoring and documenting maintenance and inspection appointments
• Assisting with the preparation of budget plans and the assumption of contracts for conveyor systems
• Verbal and written communication with inspection organizations, regulatory authorities, and Facility Management/Property Management/Asset Management (as applicable), as well as customers
• Order entry and management of conveyor systems, as well as monitoring compliance with operator obligations
• Processing inquiries, malfunctions, and complaints, as well as arranging for repairs, renovations, and remodeling
• Forwarding of schedule information and inspection reports

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in a business-related field
• Professional experience in a similar role
• Very good knowledge of SAP applications
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work well in a team, a confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and a high degree of customer focus
• A strong sense of responsibility, as well as a high level of commitment and dedication
