Corporate Account Manager for Real Estate Investors & Developers (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• You will provide comprehensive support to our business clients in the sales region of Hesse, Baden-Württemberg, and western and central Thuringia, further develop existing relationships, and actively acquire new clients
• As the primary point of contact, you’ll advise on all relevant banking topics, particularly in the areas of financing and investments
• You will identify client needs and market potential and use this insight to develop appropriate sales strategies
• You will oversee financing projects from initial contact through to implementation and develop customized solutions in collaboration with internal specialists
• You will manage your client portfolio independently and drive initiatives for the regional sales strategy
• You will expand your network and, through your presence, sustainably strengthen our market position in the region

Your Profile

• You have a degree in economics, a comparable qualification, or have successfully completed a banking apprenticeship
• Ideally, you have experience in sales to business clients, preferably in the residential real estate sector
• You have a strong sales focus, identify opportunities in the market, and actively develop client relationships
• You impress clients in meetings with your confident demeanor, negotiation skills, and ability to close deals
• You are flexible and enjoy traveling to stay close to your clients
• You work independently and goal-oriented while also contributing a team spirit to an agile environment
