Student Worker (m/f/d) Real Estate, Hospitality & Shopping

As a working student at Commerz Real, you’ll have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills and reach your full potential. You will actively support the shopping team, gaining insight into the day-to-day operations of our asset management division. In the process, you will acquire in-depth knowledge of the structures and processes in the real estate sector, using our retail properties in Europe—with a focus on Germany—as a case study.

As a working student, you can work up to 20 hours per week.

• You are a key member of the team and will become familiar with the full range of tasks involved in asset management
• You’ll be actively involved in liaising with our center managers and helping to ensure key processes run smoothly
• You will act as the point of contact for service providers and internal partners and independently coordinate matters related to our data management
• You will gain a deeper understanding of lease management processes and, in doing so, gain valuable insight into both national and international retail markets
• As part of your responsibilities, you will gain access to various systems and applications, thereby expanding your IT knowledge in the real estate industry

• You are studying economics or a related field, ideally with a focus on real estate
• You are interested in retail real estate and want to learn how to manage it in a way that adds value
• Digitalization and sustainability are not foreign concepts to you, and you enjoy working in an international environment
• You are very confident using various applications, in addition to the standard MS Office products
• You work in a structured manner, are communicative and solution-oriented, and bring a high degree of initiative and reliability to the table
• You have strong analytical and conceptual skills that you know how to apply with a high degree of attention to detail
• You have business-level proficiency in German and good written and spoken English skills
