For ourMunichoffice, weare seekingdedicated students to start as soon as possible—for a minimum of three months or longer—for aworking student positionorinternship in the field of energy and building technology & ESG.

As a working student or intern and a full-fledged team member, you’ll gain hands-on experience with the entire real estate cycle at our firm: from preliminary analysis, acquisition, and asset management to project development, sales, and investment processes. You have chosen a specialization during your studies—together, we will find projects where you can successfully apply your knowledge. You will support the team in all planning phases with your specific expertise in building services engineering. We also rely on your input for collecting building data and conducting internal portfolio analyses, including making independent proposals for energy efficiency measures.

• You are currently pursuing a technical degree, such as inenergy and building services engineering, utility engineering, energy efficiency, or renewable energy, and are about to graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree
• You have gained some initial work experience, e.g., through internships, ideally at an engineering firm specializing in building services engineering or in the energy or sustainability consulting sector
• You are proficient in using standard Office programs
• You have an interest in the real estate industry and related sustainable building technology
• You approach new areas of responsibility in a structured and solution-oriented manner
• You have strong communication skills and demonstrate a good command of German and English
• Your profile is rounded out by your initiative, reliability, and team spirit
