Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities: What to Expect
- Participation in the investment process for real estate transactions involving institutional funds in accordance with the German Capital Investment Code (Kapitalanlagegesetzbuch) and preparation of documents relevant to decision-making
- Acting as an interface between internal departments and external real estate asset managers, as well as supporting them to ensure smooth management processes
- Participation in internal and external reporting processes in collaboration with various departments
- Preparing investment committee meetings
- Collaboration on the Service-KVG digitization project and much more
Qualifications
Expertise & Soft Skills: What You Bring to the Table
- You are enrolled in a business degree program, ideally with a focus on real estate or some initial experience in real estate management
- Excellent knowledge of German, English, and MS Office
- Analytical mindset with a strong aptitude for numbers
- Precise and structured work style
- Enjoy working in a team while maintaining a goal-oriented, structured, and independent approach
