Would you like to take on responsibility directly at the property and start your journey toward becoming a Center Manager (m/f/d)? Then join us as a Junior Center Manager (m/f/d)—together with experienced colleagues, you’ll oversee exciting projects in our shopping centers.

Here’s what you can expect:

• Supporting tenants in the building
• Assisting with the management of the advertising association
• Planning and executing events and marketing initiatives
• Creating client-specific reports
• Monitoring of lease obligations and rights
• Acting as an interface between owners, tenants, and service providers
• Budget planning and control for the center
• Participation in technical property management and security concepts

What you bring to the table:

• Degree in real estate management, business administration, or a related field
• Interest in retail real estate, strong initiative, and excellent communication skills
• Service-oriented mindset and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel and work throughout Germany
