Part-time Student in Real Estate Leasing (m/f/d)

We are an independent, owner-managed real estate investment firm specializing in national retail parks with grocery stores as anchor tenants. Our clients include German and international institutional and semi-institutional investors (e.g., pension funds, insurers).
With our team of approximately 140 experts, we offer our investors services across the entire real estate value chain. This includes acquisition and transaction management, financing, research, fund management, asset management, property management, risk management, and sales. Since its founding in 2014, GPEP has built a portfolio with a volume of approximately €3.1 billion and 625 properties.

• Assistance with preparing lease terms
• Maintaining Excel spreadsheets
• Preparing property listings
• Compiling and presenting relevant market and location data

• Degree in real estate management, facility management, or a related field
  Interest in real estate
• Analytical skills, strategic and conceptual thinking, as well as the ability to work independently and in a structured manner are your strengths
• A meticulous and independent work style
• Initial professional experience through internships or other temporary jobs is a plus
• A structured approach to handling tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
