Commercial Property Manager (m/f/d)

As we continue to expand our company, HIH Property Services GmbH, we are looking for new colleagues for our office in Frankfurt am Main.

• Commercial management of commercial real estate
• Primary point of contact for tenants
• Close collaboration with technical property management
• Coordination of external service providers
• Correspondence with tenants, owners, and external parties
• Maintenance of master data as well as monitoring and management of lease agreements
• Reporting, budget preparation, and budget control
• Preparation of operating and heating cost statements
• Support for year-end closing tasks

• Completed vocational training in the real estate industry (preferably with an additional qualification as a real estate specialist) or a college degree
• Several years of experience in the management of complex real estate
• Solid knowledge of tenancy and contract law
• Basic knowledge of financial accounting (including invoice verification and simple account assignments)
• Good written and spoken English skills are desirable
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively
• SAP knowledge is desirable
