Responsibilities

  • You will implement the administrative guidelines for product configurations in the OSPlus and OSP-neo data center applications, as well as OE structures and forms for the entire bank
  • You are responsible for the target role concept and the assignment of rights for selected applications within the savings bank and at service providers
  • You implement regulatory requirements (MaRisk, DORA) and security standards (SITB) in administration and within the scope of your application responsibilities
  • You provide administrative support for the semi-annual release changes and ensure the functionality of new processes
  • You process recertification requests within the scope of your application responsibilities in a timely manner
  • You independently conduct reviews of the KURS database regarding data quality and resolve issues in collaboration with the business departments

Qualifications

  • You have completed banking training and holda degree in business administration (FH), savings bank business administration, or a comparable degree
  • You havevery strong knowledge of the core banking system and have already gained practical experience in administration, ideally with OSPlus KURS
  • You possess cross-divisional process knowledge as well as knowledge of organizational structure and workflow, including the product portfolio of a credit institution
  • You have practical experience in form design (FDVG/DMS)
  • You have knowledge of IT architecture and secure IT operations (SITB)
