Responsibilities
+ Independently supporting the project manager
+ Assisting with contract management and the awarding of construction contracts
+ Assisting with the validation of cost estimates and budget plans
+ Participating in, documenting, and supporting contract award and negotiation meetings
Qualifications
+ You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering, project management, architecture, business administration (with a focus on construction), or a comparable qualification
+ You are proficient in MS Office
+ You have excellent verbal and written communication skills (German)
+ You are willing to travel domestically for project-related assignments
+ You demonstrate initiative and a confident demeanor
