Shopping Center Management Trainee – Germany-wide (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• You will be introduced to the diverse responsibilities of a Center Manager (m/f/d) through an 18-month trainee program at various shopping centers across Germany
• Under the guidance of a Center Manager (m/f/d), you will develop the ability to ensure the smooth handling of all matters related to the center’s positioning in the market
• This includes, among other things, optimizing the retail mix and tenant portfolio in collaboration with the leasing and asset management teams
• You will also become familiar with the core tasks of tenant relations, public relations, marketing, and team leadership, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of the shopping center
• After successfully completing the trainee program and the next phase as a Junior Center Manager, you will take over the management of one of our shopping centers after approximately 18 months and lead a team consisting of building services and commercial staff

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration / Real Estate / Retail), with initial experience in retail / real estate
• Willingness to relocate within Germany during and after the trainee program
• Interest in various subject areas such as facility management, real estate management, and marketing
• Empathy, ability to work in a team, and a desire to take on responsibility
• Very good German and English language skills
