Technical Project Manager Real Estate (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible
Responsibilities
- Management and oversight of construction projects (tenant fit-outs, renovations, repositioning) from the conceptual phase through to completion, taking into account financial requirements and ESG strategies
- Efficient project management in terms of time, cost, and quality, ensuring a structured organization, transparent communication, and close coordination among all project stakeholders
- Independent coordination and communication with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, as well as the creation and monitoring of schedules and budgets
- Ensuring compliance with all project objectives regarding quality, costs, deadlines, and sustainability parameters, as well as early management of deviations
- Resolving technical and organizational challenges during the construction phase and ensuring a smooth project workflow
- Preparation of documentation and reporting for clients, including cost and schedule control, risk management, and project structure planning
- Negotiating and finalizing contracts with external partners and service providers
- Assisting with new leases by preparing building specifications, defining fit-out standards, and coordinating construction implementation
- Preparation of feasibility studies and profitability analyses (including developer calculations), derivation of project-specific goals and recommendations for action, as well as support for due diligence processes and forward deals through to final acceptance
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or industrial engineering with a focus on real estate/construction, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in construction engineering, technical real estate management, or real estate project management
- Proven experience with large-scale construction projects, revitalizations, or renovations
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and other relevant software tools (e.g., project management software)
- Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus
- A hands-on approach, a confident demeanor, strong communication and teamwork skills combined with negotiation skills, as well as a willingness to travel domestically
