We are looking for you in Berlin for a full-time, permanent position as an Office Advisory Consultant (all genders).

Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities: What to Expect
- Acquisition and brokerage of office space
- Acquiring new clients and fostering client loyalty for office space inquiries
- Providing expert support for lease inquiries and exclusive listings through to contract signing
- Analysis and evaluation of properties
- Organizing and conducting property viewings
- Preparation of proposal concepts and client presentations, including implementation
Qualifications
Expertise & Soft Skills: What You Bring to the Table
- Successfully completed vocational training or a relevant degree
- Initial professional experience in sales-oriented commercial real estate, particularly an affinity for the office real estate market
- Confident and articulate communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a team player mentality
- Excellent German language skills and proficiency in MS Office
