REAL ESTATE TRAINEE (m/f/d)

Do you want to support branch offices from concept to construction?
Then start as a specialist or manager in the construction and real estate sector and contribute to projects throughout the real estate lifecycle.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

• During your 12-month traineeship, you’ll get the best possible preparation for your next career move.
• You’ll apply the experience gained during your 1–3-month assignment at one of our Kaufland stores to your work in the real estate sector.
• You will take charge of implementing your own project.
• You’ll implement location-specific concepts as we modernize our stores.
• Together with your team, you will develop real estate strategies for the whole of Germany.

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT

• You have a degree in real estate management, facility management, economics, economic geography, or urban planning, or you have a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you have some initial practical experience in the real estate sector and a hands-on approach.
• You have an interest in food retail—you’re particularly excited about the design and modernization of our stores.
• You approach people with confidence and can skillfully use your strong communication skills in conversations.
• You thrive on variety and are willing to support your colleagues at other locations from time to time with your expertise.

WHAT WE OFFER

• A starting salary of €54,000 gross per year and a permanent employment contract
