Working Student (m/f/d) for our Project & Development Services (PDS) department in the Cost Management division
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: The role primarily involves construction and renovation projects in the financial sector and for corporate clients. Occasional on-site work is also expected. A key aspect of the role is collaborating with other JLL project and cost managers on various projects, which offers a wide range of learning opportunities.
Qualifications
Job Description
This position is intended for students majoring in architecture or civil engineering/industrial engineering who are in at least their third semester of study. A strong aptitude for numbers and excellent Excel skills are essential. The candidate should be a quick learner and able to work independently after appropriate training.
Personal Qualities: In addition to technical expertise, strong communication skills are expected—the candidate should not be shy about engaging directly with various project stakeholders. Resilience is another important quality, as this is a dynamic work environment.
