Senior Project Developer:in
Main tasks. You will report directly to the management and assume full responsibility for projects from acquisition to handover to sales - with a focus on the early service phases. You will evaluate plots of land and existing properties, prepare profitability calculations as well as market and location analyses and clarify the legal framework. In close cooperation with internal departments and external partners, you will develop viable concepts and coordinate construction and approval planning. You are an experienced contact person for local authorities, operators, banks and investors. As a senior, you will coordinate the project development team together with the CDO.
Qualifications. You have a degree in architecture, civil engineering, real estate economics, business administration or a comparable field and several years of experience in commercial real estate project development. We require sound knowledge of real estate and construction law, an understanding of business management and negotiating skills. On a personal level, you will impress with your entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, decisiveness and assertiveness. You drive your topics proactively, performance-oriented and win over your interfaces with loyalty, commitment and a self-image as a role model for common goals.
