To strengthen our team at the AGROB Campus in Ismaning, we are looking for a dedicated
Architect or Civil Engineer (m/f/d)
with around 5 years of professional experience.
Your tasks
- Technical support and further development of our real estate portfolio
- Management of project developments on our own properties - from the initial concept idea to implementation
- Coordination of external planners, specialist engineers and contractors, coordination with authorities, specialist planners, experts and other project participants
- Planning, managing and implementing measures in the area of building in existing structures
- Ensuring deadlines, costs and quality in planning and execution
- Interface to technical asset and property management
- Supervision of challenging existing properties with different building and usage structures (old and new buildings)
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in architecture or civil engineering
- Approx. 5 years of professional experience, ideally in the field of existing real estate or project development with experience in LPH 5-8
- Knowledge of HOAI as well as building regulations and planning law
- Experience in the field of construction in existing buildings and technical understanding of complex real estate structures
- Independent and structured way of working
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills and entrepreneurial thinking
- Interest in long-term real estate strategies and high-quality development projects
