Your tasks

• Conception and management of repositioning and development projects for existing and acquired properties, including utilization concepts, feasibility analyses and profitability calculations
• Client representation and project management for construction, conversion, maintenance and tenant fit-out projects, ensuring costs, deadlines and quality
• Management and coordination of technical due diligence processes for acquisition and sales processes as well as technical support for transactions
• Responsibility for budget planning, project controlling, acceptances (e.g. forward deals) and managing technical property budgets
• Coordination and management of external service providers, in particular property managers, engineering and expert offices
• Negotiating and awarding construction, work and planning contracts as well as providing technical advice for lease negotiations and existing tenants
• Implementing ESG and sustainability strategies and ensuring reporting, defect and warranty management

Your qualifications

• Degree in architecture, civil engineering or a comparable field of study, ideally related to real estate or sustainability
• Several years of professional experience in technical asset management, project management or in an architecture or engineering firm
• Sound experience in the planning, tendering and management of construction or repositioning projects
• Knowledge in the areas of ESG, sustainability and energy management
• Good technical understanding, particularly in the areas of building construction and building technology
• Experience in coordinating and managing external service providers and project participants
• Confident handling of MS Office as well as very good German and good English skills
• Structured, independent way of working as well as strong communication and negotiation skills
• Stress resistance, flexibility and willingness to travel
