Your central role:
- Operating, monitoring and maintaining structural and technical facilities in accordance with DIN 31051, including the associated documentation
- Carrying out technical building management and taking on sub-tasks of procurement management in accordance with DIN 32736
- Monitoring and controlling external service providers, including technical acceptances
- Independently carrying out minor conversion, repair and installation work
- Technical collaboration on projects as well as conversion, renovation and modernization measures
- Performing on-call duties
Your profile:
- Completed training as a master craftsman or technician, alternatively completed engineering studies
- Several years of professional experience with a high level of professional responsibility and strong professional competence in the real estate sector
- Very good knowledge of MS Office programs, FM tools, building automation, VOB, HOAI, VDE/BG regulations as well as technical rules and standards
- Driving license class B
